Prominent YouTuber, influencer, and Bigg Boss OTT2 winner, Elvish Yadav, along with five of his associates, found themselves in hot water as they were booked by Noida Police following the recovery of 20 ml of snake venom and nine poisonous snakes in their possession. These items were allegedly used during their rave parties, sparking a complaint filed by BJP MP Maneka Gandhi’s NGO, which had been pursuing a case against Elvish Yadav.
The Raid on the Noida Rave Party:
The investigation into the Noida rave party revealed that Elvish Yadav had been creating videos involving snake venom and live snakes at his Noida farmhouse, where he was allegedly organizing “illegal” rave parties with the regular attendance of foreign girls. As per the complaint, an individual from the NGO approached Elvish Yadav, requesting access to cobra venom. Elvish provided the contact details of his agent, who was subsequently contacted.
Upon contact, the agent agreed to supply snakes and snake venom. Five individuals – Rahul, Titunath, Jayakaran, Narayan, and Ravinath – arrived at the designated location for the exchange. However, the NGO informed the police about the situation, leading to the arrest of these five individuals, who had brought the snakes and snake venom with them. During their arrest, they reportedly revealed Elvish Yadav’s involvement in the matter.
Recovery of Nine Poisonous Snakes:
The police seized a total of nine snakes during the operation, which included five cobras, one python, one two-headed snake, and one rat snake.
Public Reaction and Past Incidents:
The news of the FIR has prompted a reaction from Delhi Women Commission chief Swati Maliwal, who expressed her concerns about Elvish Yadav’s influence and association with political figures. She called out the Haryana government for promoting individuals like Elvish Yadav, known for making obscene comments about women and using abusive language in his videos.
Notably, Elvish Yadav had recently received extortion calls demanding a payment of ₹1 crore, leading to the arrest of a 25-year-old man from Gujarat. Following his victory on OTT, Elvish had acquired an ₹8 crore house in Dubai. With 7.51 million subscribers on YouTube and 15.6 million followers on Instagram, Elvish Yadav remains a significant presence in the digital landscape.
