New Delhi: Former Congress chief Rahul Gandhi on Thursday resumed the Bharat Jodo Yatra from Goliya village in Rajasthan. The ‘Yatra’ will reach at Meena High Court in the evening.
During his roadshow today, Rahul Gandhi will talk to the farmers and locals to know issues they are facing on ground. However, it should be noted that there is a government of Congress party in the state with Ashok Gehlot as Chief Minister.
New Education Policy Is Flawed
The Congress party has objected the New Education Policy alleging that it is “centralised.” In a video shared on Congress’ Twitter handle, a group of women who interacted with Rahul Gandhi this morning, said there is no scheme to ensure education of the children of those who are homeles or undocumented.
As the ID card is mandatory in schools, those children who are not registered on paper are deprived of their right to education.
“The NEP of the central government is centralized, anti-people and Congress should bring a white paper on this policy,” tweeted the Congress.
केंद्र सरकार की नई शिक्षा नीति सेंट्रलाइज्ड है, जन विरोधी है और इस नीति पर कांग्रेस श्वेतपत्र लाए।

Kunal Kamra, Former RBI Governor join Bharat Jodo Yatra
A day earlier, former Governor of Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Raghuram Ranjan joined Rahul Gandhi in the Congress’ foot march to reach out to locals and revitalise the party across the nation.
Later in the day, Standup Comedian Kunal Kamra also walked beside Gandhi, talking about difference between nuetrality and fear of government.
After spending a week with the Bharat Jodo Yatra I think people shying away from walking the yatra & trying to be neutral. It’s not neutrality thats keeping you on the fence; its fear. Standing up against power is also democratic,
like it use to be before 2014. pic.twitter.com/a6bGeSS4r3— Kunal Kamra (@kunalkamra88) December 14, 2022
