A video on Instagram shows auto drivers charging the fares based on language a person is speaking in Bengaluru. The video has sparked an outrage among the people.

The video on Instagram shows two women, talking to auto drivers in Hindi and Kannada. The women tried to get the auto for various location in Bengaluru.
The difference while doing doing this was that, one woman approached the driver in Hindi while the other one used Kannada.
According to the video the auto driver rejected the approach done by woman speaking in Hindi. On the other end the driver got agreed to the woman speaking in Kannada language.
When both of the women approached the another auto driver then he asked Rupees 300 from Hindi Speaking woman and Rs 200 from woman speaking in Kannada language. They both asked him to take them to Indiranagar.

The video is full with mixed comments of social media users. A user wrote that, ” That’s why they are running out of business and Rapido is taking over.”
Another social media user wrote that, “Then they cry why people prefer Ola, Uber, Rapido etc..”
A similar reaction came from another user who wrote, “They are isolating themselves.” Another user advised to use Ola and Uber through the comment.
