In Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, a 22-second video of policemen has gone viral. Four policemen, including the in-charge of the Sahibabad border outpost, were filmed dancing with a bar girl at a criminal’s birthday party.
The video, recorded on Monday night, shows the officers holding beer bottles and enjoying the music. The party host, Irshad Malik, is a known criminal with a police record.
After the video spread on social media, the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Nimish Patel, ordered the immediate suspension of the four officers. Outpost in-charge Ashish Jadon and three constables are now suspended.

MP Cops Suspended After Viral Video Shows Obscene Dance With Women Performers At Constable’s Birthday Party
In another incident, an obscene video making rounds on the internet shows two policemen dancing with women performers in an objectionable manner at a private party. The clip, reportedly from Madhya Pradesh’s Datia district, shows an assistant sub-inspector (ASI), posted at Datia Civil Line police station, making inappropriate gestures during a birthday party celebration.
The video showcasing two women performing on Bollywood songs is going viral on social media platforms. According to reports, the birthday party of a constable was held on September 2, 2025, at a hotel in Datia. Two professional bar dancers were invited to the event.
After the clip went viral, Datia SP Suraj Verma ordered the immediate suspension of both policemen. Strict disciplinary action will be taken once the investigation is completed. Meanwhile, the officers have been removed from their duties as of now.
This is, however, not the first instance where a cop is seen dancing in an objectionable manner. In a separate incident that recently took place in Madhya Pradesh’s Shivpuri, an ASI was suspended after a reel featuring him went viral across social media platforms. The video showed him dancing with a wanted criminal and a young woman.
