Although the project was originally scheduled to be completed by November 2024, it was delayed due to various reasons. Now the entire construction work is over, and the necessary road safety audit has also been done. The date of inauguration is not yet decided, as it is awaiting the approval of the Union Road Transport Ministry.

It is expected that this expressway will open for the general public by June 2025. With its opening, not only will the journey between Bandikui and Jaipur become much easier and faster, but connectivity to Delhi-NCR will also improve. This new corridor will start from Bagrana on the Jaipur-Agra Road and will allow those going towards Delhi to reach their destination in just two and a half to three hours.
