Baba Siddique Family: Know All About NCP Leader’s Wife Shehzeen, Daughter Arshia, And Son Zeeshan

Baba Siddique, former Maharashtra minister and NCP leader passed away on Saturday after he was shot dead by assailants. He was rushed to the Lilavati Hospital, but succumbed to Gunshot wounds. Siddique had a remarkable political career spanning over more than 46 years. He had joined Congress in 1977, as a teenager and remained in party till February 2024. He later joined the NCP.

Baba Siddique was married to Shehzeen Siddique and together they had two children; a daughter, Arshia Siddique, and a son, Zeeshan Siddique.

Arshia Siddique

Baba Siddique’s daughter Arshia Siddique, is a doctor and an entrepreneur by profession while his son, Zeeshan is a political leader.

Reportedly, Arshia Siddique had also joined politics for a brief period after completing her education, but later went on to pursue medicine. She has been involved in various entrepreneurial ventures since 2011. She has co-founded several companies like Skrite Labs in the United States and established Zears Impex, a head and tablet company. She assumed the role of CEO of Shopease Techsoft Private Limited. She launched Kunafa World cafe in Bandra in 2021.

Baba Siddique shared a lovely bond with his daughter and called her his pride and strength.

Zeeshan Baba Siddique

Baba Siddique ‘s son, Zeeshan is into politics and currently an MLA in Maharashtra Assembly. He is an MLA from Vandre East constituency. Born in 1992, he was raised into an environment that was politically charged as his father was a prominent political figure in the state. He has completed his Master’s degree in Global Management & Public Leadership form the Regent’s University London, United Kingdom. He joined Congress and contested in 2019 elections and won as the first term member of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly. He represented Vandre East Constituency. He was also appointed as the President of Mumbai Indian Youth Congress in 2021.
