Ashwini Choubey’s brother: Nirmal Chaubey, the brother of Union Minister Ashwini Choubey, died at the Mayaganj Hospital in Bihar’s Bhagalpur. Two hospital doctors were suspended after family accused them of medical malpractice.
According to Dr. Asim Kr Das, the hospital Superintendent, Nirmal was brought in in severe condition and medical specialists discovered he had suffered a catastrophic heart attack. According to Das, a senior doctor supplied the necessary medication and the patient was transferred to the ICU, but no doctor was there.
Following the incident, Das has suspended two doctors.

According to Chandan, a relative, there were no doctors in the ICU.

Ajay Kumar Chaudhary, Deputy Superintendent of Police in Bhagalpur, stated that if a complaint is received, an investigation will be done. “We will prosecute everyone who was careless. If they cause a commotion that causes the doctors to escape, action will be done against them as well (aggrieved) “He added.
