ANI indicates that Kejriwal will submit his resignation letter formally to Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena at 4:30 PM on the same day. In the same hour, the newly elected legislative party leader will be declared the new Chief Minister. The handover will be smooth for a transition in Delhi’s government.
