After receiving three summons from ED, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal held a press conference today and told why he is not cooperating in the investigation. Why is he not going to the ED office for questioning?
Arvind Kejriwal in his press conference said that numerous raids by the agencies have resulted in several arrests. Nevertheless, he claims that if corruption has occurred, then where has all the money gone as the agencies have not yet discovered any? In actuality, he claims, no corruption has taken place; if it had, the agencies would have undoubtedly discovered the money as well. He goes on to say that there is no evidence against anyone and that many AAP leaders are behind bars as a result of fictitious charges. He accused the BJP of wanting to tarnish him and wanted to arrest the AAP leader right away based on false accusations. Delhi CM further said that his honesty is his greatest strength.

Arvind Kejriwal explained to the agencies why their summons were unlawful, but they disregarded his advice. He claims that since they are aware that their summons are unlawful, so he did not receive a response. He questions “Should I obey any unlawful summons?”. He promises to follow through on any legally valid summons. He claims that the BJP’s goal is not the investigation, but rather to prevent him from campaigning for the Lok Sabha elections. He charges that the BJP has not only failed to take action against the corrupt politicians but has also used the ED and CBI to force the leaders to defect from their previous parties and join the BJP. He continued by saying that Sanjay Singh, Satyender Jian, and Manish Sisodia are behind bars because they refused to be a part of BJP.
He concluded the press conference by saying that “I am fighting against them, all I need is your support”.
