The Bihar School Examination Board has delayed the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET), which was supposed to take place from June 26 to 28, because of unavoidable reasons. A new date for the exam will be announced later, as stated in the notice.

According to official notification PR 238/2024 under Rule 4 of Bihar School Special Teacher Rules, 2023, all concerned parties are informed that the Competency Test, 2024 (second) for local body teachers scheduled for June 26 to June 28, 2024, in two shifts, is postponed due to unavoidable circumstances.

These exams have been cancelled before before Bihar TET

This follows the delay of joint CSIR-UGC-NET and UGC-NET exams due to a paper leak controversy.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) announced that the Joint CSIR-UGC-NET Examination June-2024, originally planned for June 25 to June 27, 2024, is postponed due to unavoidable circumstances and logistical challenges. A new schedule for the exam will be released later on the official website.
