At present no one is being allowed to go inside the company. A Special Investigation Team has been called. They will investigate the incident along with APPCB officials in order to find out the reason for the gas leak and assess the damage.

According to Anakapalle police, some women fell ill after a gas leak was reported at a company based in Achutapuram. Some of them have been admitted to the local hospital. Police are waiting for APPCB officials to arrive and assess the situation. No one is allowed inside the premises. Further details are awaited.
