Andhra Pradesh: A viral video has sparked controversy after the wife of Andhra Pradesh minister Mandipalli Ramprasad Reddy was seen reprimanding a police officer for making her wait on her way to an event.
The incident occurred in Annamayya district while Haritha Reddy was en route to a local event. Seated in the car’s passenger seat, she was captured on video reprimanding a sub-inspector named Ramesh after waiting for 30 minutes.
She questioned the police official extensively, expressing her dissatisfaction with his conduct.
‘Isn’t it morning yet? What conference are you attending? Are you here for a wedding or your duty? I’ve waited half an hour for you. Who pays your salary, the government or YSRCP?’ she reprimanded the police official, who stood there listening to her.
