Good news for those planning to go on the Amarnath Yatra this year! The dates for Shri Amarnath Yatra 2025 have been announced. The Yatra will start on July 3 and end on August 9. Devotees will have 39 days to visit Baba Barfani.

A meeting was held under the leadership of Amarnath Shrine Board Chairman and Jammu & Kashmir LG Manoj Sinha. Senior officials like DGP Nalin Prabhat and Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo were also present. In this meeting, the final dates for the Amarnath Yatra were confirmed. Devotees can now visit Baba Barfani from July 3 to August 9. The Yatra will last for 39 days.

Every year, the Amarnath Yatra used to last for 45 to 60 days. Last year, devotees visited Baba Barfani from June 29 to August 19. However, this year, the Amarnath Yatra will only last for 39 days. The trust and government have made special arrangements for the Yatra this time. There will be special facilities for the safety of devotees, their stay, and langar (community meals).
