The encrypted chat group was created by terrorist Umar Nabi about three months ago, and included Dr Mozammil Shakeel Ganai, Dr Adeel Ahmed Rather, Mufassir Rather, and Maulvi Irfan. These members are considered the core team of the module. The investigation has also revealed that the module was receiving financial support from three doctors: Muzammil, Shaheen Shahid, and Adeel.
