New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Atishi Wednesday demanded a probe against the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for "Operation Lotus". This comes days after AAP leader Manish Sisodia claimed to be invited to join BJP and dismissal of all charges against him. The AAP leader demanded a nation-wide search in the matter. Owing to which, a delegation of 10 AAP leaders including Atishi will go to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) office to ask them for an investigation. She alleged that BJP had used Rs 63,000 Crore to collapse state government where the saffron party is not in the power.

Atishi alleged that when the BJP fails to make government in any state, it uses Enforcement Directorate (ED) and other central probe agencies to threaten the ruling government in the respective state. She further accused the BJP of using probe agencies to level false charges against the leaders of the Opposition parties. While referring to Madhya Pradesh, Goa and Maharashtra, she said, the BJP tries to buy their MLAs to topple the state government. Meanwhile, Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia who is currently under the scanner of ED has attested that he was asked to join BJP in exchange of removal of all charges against him. “I received text saying CBI, ED cases would be taken back if you leave the party and break it while leaving it, they also promised me the post of CM. I am not here to become CM, but to give best education to students across country," he said.
