Srinagar: In a major accident, a car skidded off the road and fell 300 feet into Raggi Nalla on the bank of Chenab River in Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir. Four people died and one got severely injured in the deadly accident. He has been admitted to the hospital.
The incident took place on Monday near Raggi Nala on the Batote-Kishtwar highway. Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Kishtwar Abdul Qayoom further said that four bodies have been recovered. While one person was injured. He has been admitted to the hospital.
Four people were killed at Agra Expressway
In another incident in Uttar Pradesh, four people of a family, including an eight-year-old child, were killed after their car hit the divider on the Lucknow-Agra Expressway and overturned.
Krishna Murari (55), his wife Asha Devi (52), their son Rahul (42), and a minor were killed in the incident which took place near Fagua Bhatta under Tirwa police station area, SHO Santosh Kumar said.
