“We successfully moved the G20 summit beyond the confines of the capital city and traditional convention centers, transforming it into a widespread movement. It genuinely became a G20 for the people, with ‘Jan Bhagidari’ (public participation) at its core,” he said.

“India has taken a major step in catering to the youth by introducing the Startup 20 Engagement Group, marking it as the inaugural initiative of its kind within the G20,” MEA Jaishankar stated.

Speaking to the students, faculty members, and Vice Chancellors of the participating Universities, the External Affairs Minister celebrated India’s position as the G20 chair this year, emphasizing, “Our G20 presidency has truly become a nationwide celebration with more than 220 events taking place in over 60 cities across all states and Union Territories of the country.”
