According to the family members of Anshu, he started showing symptoms of fear of water (Hydrophobia) a few days before his death.

A team of health officials visited the village on April 11 to check on other children who had not taken any treatment after being attacked by the same rabid dog.

Precautionary measures have been taken

But, the CMO did not confirm the cause behind the death of Anshu. He said the canine was killed after the incident, and they could not conduct any test on the dog. They also failed to diagnose the deceased before his death.
