The little student experienced a slight ache in the chest area, about which he also complained to the helper he was with, but the helper paid no heed and treated it as a very normal issue.

The caretaker and the hostel assistant, Harshad Rathwa, attempted to take care of the student by holding him in his lap all night, but the child continued to writhe in pain. All night he kept tossing and turning, but no one helped. By the next morning, he was immediately taken to the hospital, but by that time, it was too late, and the little child was gone.

As per the reports and what the CCTV footage has revealed, the student died due to a lack of proper medication facilities on time. Ahead of this, now the family has filed a complaint against the culprits at the police station. Further Investigation will soon take place.

This case has shaken the society and highlighted the need for proper medical facilities on time. Not only this, but the case also underlines the seriousness of a safe and secure child care in the hands of a responsible person because these days, diseases does not come with age, every small complaint or sickness should be checked once to be assured and if something goes wrong, it should be treated immediately.
