Indian left leg spinner Yuzvendra Chahal and choreographer Dhanashree Verma are officially divorced now. As per Chahal’s advocate Nitin Gupta, the family court granted the divorce decree based on a joint petition filed by the couple.
However, there have been rumours about the reasons behind the divorce, but nothing as official. Recently, a new update regarding the divorce reason is taking tolls on internet. Vickey lalwani on his official Instagram account shared a post regarding the same. He mentioned that the main reason behind the divorce was that Dhanshree wanted Chahal To leave Haryana and shift Mumbai.

Talking to Instagram he wrote: "The REAL reason why Yuzi & Dhanashree split… you are reading it here first. Yuzvendra Chahal and Dhanashree Verma never got along much as they are two totally different personalities, says a source in the know. Suddenly, one fine day, Dhanashree put her foot down on something that made Yuzi fall off the chair. The leg spinner was baffled; he tried explaining to Dhanashree that her demand was unjust. The two discussed, argued and fought. Dhanashree wanted Yuzi to shift bag and baggage from Haryana to Mumbai.

After tying the knot, Yuzi and Dhanashree had shifted to stay with Yuzi’s parents in Haryana and came to Mumbai only when they needed to. Yes, this Mumbai-Haryana jhagda was one of the main reasons why this much-in-the-paparazzi-world marriage ended. Yuzi was clear that he wouldn’t uproot himself from his parents’ home and surroundings.
Some of the other reasons doing the rounds are eyebrow-raising as the marriage had completed barely 10 months. Chahal’s T-shirt as he appeared before the Bandra family court where the divorce happened last week has become a talking point. The T -shirt read, “Be your own sugar daddy,” which netizens feel was an indirect dig at Dhanashree. Just prior to that, Dhanashree had released a song on abusive marriages. Meanwhile, rumours of Chahal and Dhanashree’s alleged relationships with RJ Mahvash and Pratik Utekar respectively, have been gaining ground."

Amid all these, Yuzvendra Chahal was recently spotted with RJ Mahvash during ICC Champions Trophy final in Dubai and ahead of court's hearing on divorce day. This has further fueled speculation that was Yuzvendra Chahal cheating on Dhanashree Verma.
However, both Yuzvendra and Dhanashree are still tight-lipped about the reason behind the divorce.
