New Delhi: The Enforcement Directorate has seized movable and immovable properties worth around Rs 53 lakh from YouTuber Elvish Yadav and Punjabi singer Rahul Yadav Fazilpuria, who are accused of supplying snake venom at rave parties. A few days ago, the ED also questioned both of them at their zonal office in Lucknow.

ED Seized Fazilpuria’s Three-Acre Agricultural Land
The ED has issued a press release stating that the agencies have seized Rahul Fazilpuria’s three-acre agricultural land in Bijnor district, which he had bought for Rs 50 lakh. Land in Haryana belongs to Elvish Yadav too. Besides this, around Rs 3 lakh from both of their bank accounts has been frozen.
The ED’s investigation discovered substantial evidence that Rahul Fazilpuria had earned a profit of Rs 52 lakh from the platform YouTube with his song “32 Bore,” which led the agency to freeze his properties. The agency has also frozen about Rs 2 lakh in the bank account of Sky Digital Company in Chandigarh, through which Fazilpuria’s songs used to reach YouTube.
ED Summons Elvish And Fazilpuria
Recently, the ED issued summons to Elvish Yadav and Fazilpuria to its zonal office in the capital for interrogation. ED officials are also looking for any movable and immovable property that these two men might have left behind.

The Gurugram police caught Rahul Yadav Fazilpuria filming a song with a snake around his neck. He has an accomplice in the case in the form of a YouTuber named Elvish Yadav. His actions have been taken based on a complaint by the organization People for Animals.
