The show revolves around Joe, who is a bookstore manager and gets obsessed with the women he is dating. This obsession leads to several murders, crimes and violence. The season concludes with a sense of justice as Bronte tricks Joe and brings him down at last. After a gruesome showdown, she ensnares him in a cage which is the very same kind he used to trap others. When the door of the cell slams behind him, Joe is alone with the burden of his own wrongdoings and the silence of his own insanity. Bronte walks away, battered but unbroken, reclaiming her strength and bringing an end to the terror that Joe has waged for far too long.

New And Returning Star Cast
Penn Badgley played the lead role of Joe Goldberg, who is a serial killer and is now back in New York to start a new life. Frankie DeMaio joins the show as Joe and Love’s child Henry. Charlotte Ritchie will be seen as Kate, Griffin Matthews as Teddy, Anna Camp as Reagan, Pete Ploszek as Harrison, Anna Camp as Maddie and Michael Dempsey as Buffalo.
Meanwhile, Madeline Brewer joins You Season 5 as Bronte, Tom Francis as Clayton, Michelle Hurd as Dr Val, Natasha Behman as Dominique, B as Phoenix, Nana Mau as Detective Marquez and Heidi Gardner as Kim Kramer.
