New Delhi: Bollywood’s famous actor Sidharth Malhotra is in headlines these days for his upcoming film ‘Indian Police Force’. He is sweating profusely for this film. But in the meantime, a big update has come about his action thriller film ‘Yoddha’. The release date of this film has been postponed.
‘Yodha’ to release next year
According to media reports, on Wednesday the makers of the action thriller film Yoddha starring Siddharth Malhotra, Rashi Khanna and Disha Patni have announced that the release date of the film has been postponed. Now his film will not release this year but will hit the theaters on July 7 next year.
Story of the film
If reports are to be believed, the story of ‘Yoddha’ may be inspired by a true incident. It is being told that actor Siddharth Malhotra can be seen as a RAW agent in the film. However, till now no official information regarding the story of the film has been shared by the filmmakers.
To mention, film was going to be released in theaters on November 11, but due to non-completion of the film, the makers have postponed the release date of ‘Yodha’. Now the new release date of this film starring Siddharth Malhotra, Disha Patni and Rashi Khanna has been announced.
On the work front, Siddharth Malhotra is currently busy shooting for the film India Police Force, directed by Rohit Shetty. In this film, he is playing the role of a police officer and along with him Vivek Oberoi and Shilpa Shetty are also going to be seen in the role of police officers. Apart from this, he will also be seen in the action drama film Mission Majnu. Sidharth Malhotra was last seen in Indra Kumar’s directorial venture Thank God.
