Honey Singh’s allegation

The owner of Festivina Music Festival, Vivek Ravi Raman, filed the lawsuit, claiming that the conflict started as a result of an event cancellation. The complainant claimed that the musician and members of his staff had kidnapped and assaulted him. The happening took place after Raman arranged the Yo Yo Honey Singh 3.0 by Festivina music festival on April 15 at the MMRDA Grounds in BKC.

The festival’s proprietor asserted that he attended the location on the day of the event and got into a dispute over non-payment. Raman decided to cancel the event after the argument. He said in his lawsuit that after the cancellation, the Punjabi artist and his entourage were extremely irritated and angry and reportedly assaulted him. The cops are investigating the complaint and have not yet filed an FIR.

Raman further claims in his lawsuit that the singer and his entourage kidnapped him and took him to the JW Marriott in Sahar, Mumbai, where he was physically attacked and suffered serious injuries.
