Ayan Mukerji’s 2013 magnum opus, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, has proven that some stories truly stand the test of time. Eleven years after its initial release, the romantic drama featuring Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor in lead roles has been re-released in India and overseas. Though it’s just been three day, reports about its performance are only positive.
Box Office Collection Day 3
According to the latest box office reports, the film has collected an impressive Rs 2.9 Crore nett on its third day. This brings the film’s total collection to Rs 6.5 Crore nett. On day 1, it minted Rs 1.25 Crore nett, whereas on day 2, it collected Rs 2.35 Crore nett, as reported by BollyMovieReviewz.
The movie is also giving a tough competition to new releases such as Baby John, With its impressive third-day collection, the film is expected to continue its successful run at the box office in the coming days.

Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani boasts an ensemble cast, including Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Kalki Koechlin and Aditya Roy Kapur. The film’s narrative follows Naina, a shy, studious and introverted character, who reunites with her former school friends Bunny, Aditi, and Avi on a thrilling trip to Manali.
