Shilpa Shetty Shares 3 Yoga Poses to Stay Fit on World Health Day 2025

On World Health Day 2025, Shilpa Shetty showed how to stay “Swasth Raho Mast Raho” by doing three yoga poses in a video. These were Dhanurasana (Bow Pose), Setu Bandhasana (Bridge Pose), and Chakrasana (Wheel Pose). She also added some advanced variations to the Bridge and Wheel poses to make them more challenging.

Wearing a pink sports bra and printed yoga tights, Shilpa performed the poses perfectly. She also explained the health benefits of adding these yoga poses to your daily workout routine.

Dhanurasana (Bow Pose)
To do this pose, lie on your stomach on a yoga mat. Bend your knees and bring your feet toward your back. Reach back with both hands and hold your ankles. Keep your face looking forward.

  • -Improves flexibility in your spine, shoulders, hips, and thighs
  • -Helps with digestion

Setu Bandhasana (Bridge Pose)
Lie on your back. Bend your knees and keep your feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Lift your hips off the floor and try to hold your ankles with your hands.
In the harder version, Shilpa balanced on her toes, placed her hands above her hips for support, and lifted her legs in the air one at a time.

Chakrasana
To do Chakrasana, lie on the floor face up, with your feet tucked nicely near your hips and hands flat on the ground near your head. Now, push your body off the ground.
