The actor in question is Gaurav Khanna, who has gained immense popularity through daily soaps and his stint on Bigg Boss 19.
Gaurav’s journey started in 2003 when he came to Mumbai to study and build a corporate career, not to act. Coming from a business family in Kanpur, acting was never part of his plan. But one day, he went with a friend to an audition, was asked to try out, and surprisingly got selected, earning Rs 20,000. That moment changed the direction of his life.
By 2005, he made his television debut and slowly established himself in the industry. His path wasn’t easy. On Bigg Boss 19, he shared that a close friend cheated him in a big property deal, which caused emotional, financial, and professional problems. During this tough time, his wife, Akanksha Chamola, stood by him and gave him strength.
Gaurav and Akanksha got married on November 24, 2016, in Kanpur. They have been married for nine years and decided not to have children. Gaurav has said he would have liked to be a father, but he respects his wife’s choice. He values their love above everything else.
