Srikanth recently addressed the press in Hyderabad, sharing insights about his experience in Game Changer and his collaboration with director Shankar. He praised Shankar for creating a comfortable working environment, highlighting the director’s patience and meticulous approach to capturing performances. “He knows how his actors must act in his films and perfectly injects his vision into us. We just follow it,” Srikanth said.

Performance Of Co-stars In ‘Game Changer

Srikanth also commented on the performances of his co-stars in the film. He specifically noted SJ Suryah’s role, stating that his character’s depth in Game Changer surpasses his earlier performance in Saripodhaa Sanivaaram. “SJ Suryah’s performance is outstanding. His character combines humor, cunning, and sarcasm, taking it to the next level,” he said. Srikanth also shared screen time with Ram Charan, Jayaram, and Samuthirakani, appreciating the dynamic among the ensemble cast.

‘Game Changer’ Sequel Speculations

Playing the role of an ageing chief minister required Srikanth to don prosthetics, a transformation that took at least three hours daily in the makeup chair. Reflecting on the role, Srikanth said, “I felt confident I could do justice to the character once the prosthetics were done. Working with Shankar garu is a dream for many, and I’m fortunate to have such a significant role in his film.”

When asked about the possibility of a sequel, Srikanth dispelled rumors, suggesting that Game Changer is intended to be a standalone film. “I think Game Changer is a single-part movie. Shankar’s recent movies might not have met expectations, but he’s never failed as a director. I hope he makes a strong comeback with this film,” he said. Srikanth expressed optimism for the film’s commercial success, citing its political themes and plot twists as factors likely to attract audiences.
