Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan is facing legal trouble after allegedly purchasing government-allotted farmland in Alibaug without proper permissions.

Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan has landed in legal trouble over a disputed agricultural land purchase in Thal village, Alibaug. According to reports, Suhana allegedly bought government-allotted farmland meant strictly for agricultural use by farmers without the required permissions and paperwork.

As per IANS, the land was purchased from the Khote family of Mumbai’s Cuffe Parade for Rs 12.91 crore. Suhana reportedly paid Rs 77.47 lakh in stamp duty during registration, and the transfer was executed on May 30, 2023, through Standard Chartered Bank.

Authorities have now stepped in to probe the matter. The Resident Deputy Commissioner of Police has ordered an impartial report from the Alibaug tehsildar, and further action will depend on the findings.

Meanwhile, on the professional front, Suhana is preparing for her big-screen Bollywood debut opposite her father Shah Rukh Khan in King, directed by Siddharth Anand. The film also stars Deepika Padukone, Rani Mukerji, Abhishek Bachchan, Arshad Warsi, Raghav Juyal, Saurabh Shukla, Jaideep Ahlawat, Abhay Verma and more. Production is currently on hold as Shah Rukh recovers from a shoulder injury.

Suhana made her acting debut in Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies (2023) alongside Agastya Nanda and Khushi Kapoor.
