Shark Tank India is all set to return with its fifth season, where the new entrepreneurs will pitch their business in front of the Sharks in the hope of securing a deal. This season has turned more exciting with Mohit Yadav, co-founder of the popular skincare brand, Minimalist, joining the panel.
Who is Mohit Yadav?
Mohit Yadav is the co-founder of the popular skincare brand, Minimalist. He is also a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience across finance, technology, and consumer brands. Moreover, he is a Gold Medalist Chartered Accountant, having secured an All India Rank 26 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Rajasthan.
While talking about joining Shark Tank India Season 5, Mohit said in a statement, “From formulating with potent ingredients to backing potent ideas, my philosophy is simple: substance over static. I’m excited to be a part of Shark Tank India 5 and partner with entrepreneurs who build with purpose and lead with radical transparency.”
Announcing the news, the makers wrote in the caption, “Less clutter, more focus. That’s the mantra of the newest shark in town – Mohit Yadav, Co-founder of Minimalist. Get ready to dive in! Shark Tank India Season 5 – coming soon on Sony LIV and Sony Entertainment Television.”

Shark Tank India Season 5 will air on the Sony Television channel and will also stream on Sony LIV. The official release date has not been announced yet. Meanwhile, the other seasons of Shark Tank India are available to watch on Sony LIV.
