The teaser of Border 2 dropped online today, and fans can’t wait to witness the story of courage on the big screens. Apart from the main cast, the supporting cast has also been catching attention. Among them is Medha Rana, who is all set to make her theatrical debut in Border 2. She will star opposite Varun Dhawan, and this is one of her biggest projects yet.
Who is Medha Rana?
Medha Rana is a known face despite not being a part of any big project. You might have recognised her from the commercials of big brands like Ponds, Nescafé, Cadbury and many more. She made her acting debut in 2022 with the series ‘London Files’, starring Arjun Rampal. She later appeared in the Netflix film ‘Friday Night Plan’, with Babil Khan.
She first did her schooling at Carmel Convent School, Chandigarh, and later completed her schooling at the Army Public School, Bengaluru. As per reports, her father served in the Indian Army. She did BBA from Chris University.
Earlier, while expressing her gratitude on being part of Border 2, Medha Rana wrote on Instagram, “I am endlessly grateful to the team of Border 2 for this honour, thank you for trusting me with something so sacred. Every frame feels like a prayer, every moment on set a deep bow to those who give up everything so we can live fearlessly.”
Talking about Border 2, the movie also stars Sunny Deol, Ahan Shetty, Diljit Dosanjh, Mona Singh, Anya Singh, and Sonam Bajwa. It will release in theatres on January 23, 2026.
