Veteran actor Dharmendra was recently admitted to the hospital. As per reports, he’s doing fine and was only taken in for a routine health checkup. Amid the news, many fans have grown curious about his first wife, Prakash Kaur, who usually stays away from the spotlight.

Prakash Kaur married Dharmendra back in 1954, long before he became a superstar. She has always lived a simple and private life, staying away from media attention. Even after Dharmendra later married Hema Malini, he never divorced Prakash. She has continued to support him quietly over the years.
Where does she live?
In a recent interview with ABP Live, Dharmendra’s son Bobby Deol shared that both his parents Dharmendra and Prakash live together at their farmhouse in Khandala. Bobby mentioned that his father prefers spending time there because it’s peaceful and relaxing for him. Hema Malini lives in her own house but visits the farmhouse occasionally.
Dharmendra’s Upcoming Project
Meanwhile, Dharmendra is gearing up to return to the big screen with the film ‘Ikkis’. He will share the screen space with his co-star and friend Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson Agastya Nanda. Ikkis is scheduled to release in December 2025, but the makers have yet to officially announce its final release date. The film is the untold true story of Second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal, the youngest recipient of the Param Vir Chakra at just 21 honoured posthumously for his unmatched courage and sacrifice during the 1971 Indo-Pak war.
The movie also stars Jaideep Ahlawat and Akshay Kumar’s niece Simar Bhatia.
