BTS member Jungkook has a massive fan following across the globe and his popularity is also increasing in India. The singer is known for his love for good music from different industries and has also praised Indian music. In 2023, when the Telugu song ‘Naatu Naatu’ from ‘RRR’ was receiving praise worldwide, Jungkook also sang ‘Naatu Naatu’ during his live interaction with BTS ARMY on Weverse. Desi fans of BTS were over the moon after seeing Jungkook singing ‘Naatu Naatu’ and hoped for collaboration with Indian singers.
In May 2023, Jungkook received a request from an Indian fan to listen to ‘Naatu Naatu’ during a live session. He was seen enjoying the song and even sang it. The video soon went viral in India and fans were on cloud nine after seeing Jungkook vibing to Indian music.

Jungkook is currently serving in the military and will return in 2025.
On the work front, Jungkook released his documentary ‘I Am Still’, which showcased his journey of making his solo album ‘Golden’. While talking about the movie, BigHit Music said in a statement, “The documentary JUNG KOOK: I AM STILL follows the talented and ever-growing artist Jung Kook on his eight-month journey toward becoming a “global pop star” who captivated the global music scene, and takes a dive into the star’s heartfelt love for his fans, ARMY.”
“Catch a sneak peek into how Jung Kook prepared for his first solo album GOLDEN, scenes from the lively, internationally loved performance at various venues, and never-before-released behind-the-scenes footage of Jung Kook’s inner-most thoughts —all in his first documentary film,” the statement added.
‘Golden’ contains 11 tracks including ‘Seven’, ‘3D’, ‘Yes Or No’, ‘Please Don’t Change’ and ‘Standing Next To You’, and features popular international artists like Jack Harlow, Latto, Usher and DJ Snake.
He also teamed up with American singer-composer Charlie Puth for his song ‘Left Right Left’. He also released his solo song ‘Never Let Go’ on BTS’ 11th debut anniversary.
