New Delhi: In a latest interview with Connect FM Canada, Tiger Shroff revealed that he auditioned for Marvel’s Spider Man. Tiger said that he had sent them his tapes, and the makers were quite impressed.
“I had auditioned for Spider-Man, I had sent them my tapes, and they were quite impressed. My pitch to them was that I’d save you a lot of money on your VFX because I can do most of what Spider-Man can do. I was quite close to being a part of that,” said Tiger.
When asked about his plans for Hollywood, the Heropanti actor said, “I’ve had the privilege to meet a lot of esteemed people from there, and they seem to be very interested in what I do. Ever since Jackie Chan, there hasn’t been a crossover action hero, per se, in this space at least. I don’t think there’s anybody in my age category right now, in terms of action hero genre.”
Tiger Shroff made his acting debut with Heropanti in 2014. Thereafter, he starred in action movies such as Baaghi, War, and many more.
Meanwhile, during an episode in Koffee With Karan 7, Tiger went ahead to manifest a name that very few have linked with him. “I have always been infatuated by Shradha Kapoor. I think she is great!” the Heropanti 2 actor said. Earlier, Tiger had also confessed that he had a major crush on Shraddha when they were in school.
Coming to Tiger Shroff’s work front, the actor will be seen next in Ganpath Part 1 and Bade Miyan Chote Miyan. He also has Rohit Dhawan’s Rambo in the pipeline. Besides these, Tiger had also announced his new film Screw Dheela, to be directed by Shashank Khaitan.
