Lady Gaga has officially joined ‘Wednesday Season 2 Part 2’ and fans can’t keep calm to see her character. The makers recently announced that Gaga will play the role of Rosaline Rotwood, but did not reveal the details about her character. Her character is currently a big mystery, and fans are confused about how Rosaline is connected to Wednesday.
Who Is Rosaline Rotwood?
At first look, Lady Gaga is seen sporting an all white or silver look, and even her hair seems to be whitish blonde. What caught people’s attention was the Thing on Rosaline’s shoulder.
Earlier, it was reported that Rosaline was a teacher at the Nevermore Academy, but Jenna Ortega, who plays Wednesday, denied it. As per several fan theories on social media, Rosaline might be related to Wednesday and her family. Netizens speculated this after seeing Thing on Rosaline’s shoulder. Her appearance also reminded many of Goody Adams.

Apart from starring in the show, Lady Gaga will also release a song for ‘Wednesday Season 2’. While speaking about Gaga’s song, Jenna Ortega, who plays Wednesday, shared, “If you’re into Wednesday, if you’re into Lady Gaga, you should be very excited to see her in Part 2 — it really works. She’s unbelievable. She’s one of the few, rare instances of someone who is so clearly doing what they’re meant to be doing. Just being able to watch her and take her in is a surreal experience.”
“I’ve been a fan of her work for a long time. She makes great music, and she’s a great actress, so for me it was very easy. She’s a real artist, and I’m grateful for what she contributed to the show,” director and executive producer Tim Burton further added.

‘Wednesday Season 2 Part 2’ will release on Netflix on September 3, 2025, at 3 AM ET. In India, the second part is likely to release on Netflix between 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM. It will have four episodes in total.
Apart from Gaga, the show has other new additions as well including Christopher Lloyd, Joanna Lumley, Thandiwe Newton, Frances O’Connor, Haley Joel Osment, Heather Matarazzo, and Joonas Suotamo.
