New Delhi: Our hopes are high now that RRR has received an Oscar nomination for Naatu Naatu. The event is scheduled to take place on March 13 (IST). Jr NTR has already left for the US. While the actor’s fans are excited to see him walk the red carpet at the Oscars, Jr NTR explained in a recent interview with KTLA, an LA-based news channel, that it will be the entire country walking the red carpet.
Jr NTR on walking Oscars 2023 Red Carpet
RRR has been nominated for an Oscar for Best Original Song for Naatu Naatu.
While talking to the news channel, Jr NTR said, “I don’t think it’s going to be NTR Jr or Komaram Bheem who is going to walk the red carpet. It’s going to be India who will be walking the red carpet. We are going to carry the whole nation in our hearts as we walk the red carpet, I am looking forward to that.”
NTR, in interaction with Entertainment Tonight said “I’m not going to walk the red carpet at the Oscars as an actor from RRR or Indian film industry. I’m going to walk there as an Indian with pride filled in my heart and my nation in my heart”.
