‘War 2’, starring Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR in the lead roles, has finally arrived in theatres. The movie marks the first collaboration between the two superstars and also Jr NTR’s debut in Bollywood. ‘War 2’ has also started a new phase of the YRF Spy Universe, which also features ‘Pathaan’ and the ‘Tiger’ franchise. The movie has set up the plot of Spy Universe’s upcoming projects with some surprising cameos.

Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol have made surprising cameos in ‘War 2’. The latter was seen in the post-credit scene, which has set up the plot of ‘Alpha’, also starring Alia Bhatt and Sharvari in the lead roles. Bobby Deol will be seen as an antagonist in ‘Alpha’. Meanwhile, Anil Kapoor was introduced as the new R&AW chief after the death of Colonel Karan Luthra.

Apart from Hrithik and Jr NTR, ‘War 2’ also stars Kiara Advani in the lead role. Ashutosh Rana is seen in pivotal roles. The movie is directed by Ayan Mukerji and produced by Aditya Chopra under Yash Raj Films. It has been released in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
Before his big Bollywood debut with War 2, Jr NTR praised Hrithik and filmmaker Ayan Mukerji as he wrapped up filming. He wrote on Instagram, “And It’s a wrap for #War2! ‘War 2’ will also have to face tough competition at the box office as it clashes with Rajinikanth-starrer ‘Coolie’.
