Daniel Craig, aka Detective Benoit Blanc, is gearing up to return with another whodunnit case in the Netflix film ‘Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery’. The film is part of the ‘Knives Out’ franchise, which has been widely praised by viewers and is considered one of the best murder mysteries. The movie was recently premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) and has been receiving an amazing response.
The makers have also created more excitement about the film with the teaser of ‘Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery’. The plot will focus on the murder of a priest, with Detective Benoit Blanc returning to solve this case among many suspects.
The movie also stars Glenn Close as Martha Delacroix, Josh O’Connor as Rev. Jud Duplenticy, a priest, Josh Brolin as Msgr. Jefferson Wicks, a priest, Mila Kunis as Geraldine Scott, a police chief, Jeremy Renner as Dr. Nat Sharp, Andrew Scott as Lee Ross, Kerry Washington as Vera Draven, Daryl McCormack as Cy Draven, Thomas Haden Church as Samson Holt and Cailee Spaeny as Simone Vivane.
‘Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery’ will release selected theaters on November 26 and on Netflix December 12. The movie is directed by Rian Johnson.
The first part ‘Knives Out’ stars Chris Evans, Ana de Armas, Jamie Lee Curtis, Michael Shannon, Don Johnson, Toni Collette, LaKeith Stanfield, Christopher Plummer, Katherine Langford and Jaeden Martell. The second part titled ‘Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery’ stars Edward Norton, Janelle Monae, Kathryn Hahn, Leslie Odom Jr., Jessica Henwick, Madelyn Cline, Kate Hudson and Dave Bautista in the lead roles.
