New Delhi: Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan’s film Vikram Vedha is showing improvement after Monday of Rs 5.40 crore. On day 5, the film saw didn’t show growth by around 10 to 15 per cent. According to early estimates, the film’s day five collection is a little under Rs 50 crore domestically. Vikram Vedha will soon cross that milestone too. The film is giving tough competition to Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan: Part 1 at the box office.
Box Office Collection
On Day 5, the film earned in the range of Rs 5.80 crore to Rs 6.20 crore. The total collection till now is around Rs 48.33 crore. With a holiday here, the film will easily join the Rs 50-crore club now. In Hindi, the overall 13.72 per cent occupancy on Tuesday.

About Vikram Vedha
The neo-noir action thriller film Vikram Vedha directed by Pushkar–Gayathri, stars Hrithik Roshan, Saif Ali Khan, Radhika Apte, Rohit Saraf, Yogita Bihani, Sharib Hashmi and Satyadeep Mishra. The film is the remake of Pushkar Gayathri’s own Tamil film of the same name.
The plot of the film is based on an Indian folktale ‘Vikram aur Betaal’. It has full of twists and turns. The story shows a tough cop Vikram (Saif Ali Khan) sets out to track and hunt a gangster Vedha (Hrithik Roshan).
While talking about the two-hero film with Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan, Hrithik told PTI, “First time in 22 years of my career, I felt this pull to safeguard myself. I felt an instinctive pull that I have to be very real because I am opposite an actor, who is the most real performer.”
