Filmmaker Vikram Bhatt shared his perspective on Aamir Khan falling in love at age 60 by stating that relationships become even more precious as you get older.
Following Aamir Khan confirming that he was dating Gauri Spratt in an interview with ETimes, Bhatt spoke about what it means to be in a relationship when you are older. “As you age, the significance of relationships changes,” Bhatt said. “Well, if I can get married at 50, why can’t Aamir Khan find a partner at 60? Age is just a number. There’s no age for finding happiness. As life goes by, it stops being about the excitement of a relationship and sexuality. It starts becoming more and more about companionship and not being lonely.”
He further added “Having someone to hold your hand, someone to understand you, someone to say that it’s going to be alright. I’d be very happy for Aamir if he found that in a person. I wish him the best because he’s a great guy and deserves happiness,”.
The pair were recently seen in public together for the first time, where Aamir introduced Gauri to the media after keeping their relationship mostly private. The duo were recently spotted where Aamir stepped out of a building waiting for Gauri and then quickly escorting her to the car.
