Vidaamuyarchi OTT Release Date: Ajith Kumar took the box office by storm with his latest Tamil blockbuster movie ‘Vidaamuyarchi’ and impressed the audience with his performance. There has been a lot of speculations about the OTT release of Vidaamuyarchi and the makers have given an update.

Vidaamuyarchi will release on Netflix on March 3, 2025. It will also be available to watch on Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.
Sharing the OTT release date of Vidaamuyarchi, Netflix India wrote, “No breaks. No limits. Just Vidaamuyarchi. Watch Vidaamuyarchi on Netflix, out 3 March in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada & Malayalam!”

Apart from Ajith Kumar, ‘Vidaamuyarchi’ also stars Trisha Krishnan, Arjun Sarja, Regina Cassandra, Arav and Ramya Subramanian in the pivotal roles.
In an interview with The Indian Express, Aarav talked about his experience of working with Ajith Kumar in Vidaamuyarchi. He said, “We have often heard about the kind of person he is, and how he is not just a gentleman but also a kind co-actor. But in this Vidaamuyarchi journey, I was able to see a wonderful side of him. Apart from being a fantastic actor, he is also someone who wants his co-actors to shine bright. He spoke to me about my career, and instead of doling out advice, he would talk about things from his own career, which becomes an inspiration in itself. His contagious energy also teaches us how to be a good person, how to be with your co-actors and crew, and how to treat all equally.”

While speaking to OTTplay, Regina Cassandra spoke about her role in ‘Vidaamuyarchi’ and her experience. She said, “I think I am a versatile actor, and having done for 20 years, I know what I can, cannot do and work on. With Vidaamuyarchi, Magizh sir told me that there are scenes where people will be able to see the performer within me. In terms of layered character, I feel Vidaamuyarchi has given me that.”
Directed by Magizh Thirumeni, the movie was earlier scheduled to release on Pongal 2025 but got postponed. Its music has been composed by Anirudh Ravichander, cinematography handled by Om Prakash and editing done by N B Srikanth. The movie revolves around Arjun, who goes on a mission to find his missing wife as she gets captured in Azerbaijan.
