Vidaamuyarchi Advance Booking Report: Ajith Kumar will soon return to the big screen with his action thriller film ‘Vidaamuyarchi’. The movie has created massive hype among the audience and this excitement is reflecting in its excellent advance bookings. ‘Vidaamuyarchi’ is expected to have a good openings at the box office.

According to the website Sacnilk, ‘Vidaamuyarchi’ has already collected Rs 7.66 crore in its advance bookings. Over 40 thousands tickets have also been sold.
About Vidaamuyarchi:
Apart from Ajith Kumar, the movie also stars Trisha Krishnan, Arjun Sarja, Regina Cassandra, Arav and Ramya Subramanian in the pivotal roles. The movie revolves around Arjun, who goes on a mission to find his missing wife as she gets captured in Azerbaijan.
In an interview with OTTplay, Regina talked about her role in ‘Vidaamuyarchi’ and her experience. She said, “I think I am a versatile actor, and having done for 20 years, I know what I can, cannot do and work on. With Vidaamuyarchi, Magizh sir told me that there are scenes where people will be able to see the performer within me. In terms of layered character, I feel Vidaamuyarchi has given me that.”
“I had a lot of questions, and just knowing what I was going to be doing, the homework for character, got me excited. Magizh sir had written the character and poured in quite a bit into the role,” she added.
Further talking about her experience, she added, “The people on sets matter, how they are treated. On a set like Vidaamuyarchi, the journey was really good, all of them made efforts despite weather conditions and many odds against us. Whether it was our crew, or the local Azerbaijani group, Magizh sir, Om Prakash sir, the actors, I think it was a very positive set for the little time I was there.”
Directed by Magizh Thirumeni, the movie is scheduled to release in theatres on February 6, 2025. The movie was earlier scheduled to release on Pongal 2925 but got postponed. Its music has been composed by Anirudh Ravichander, cinematography handled by Om Prakash and editing done by N B Srikanth.
