Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif are all set to embrace parenthood, and their fans are excited to see the new chapter of their life. In a recent interview, the Chhaava star revealed that he is excited to become a dad.
While speaking to Yuvaa, Vicky Kaushal expressed his excitement about becoming a father. He said, “Just being a dad. Really looking forward to it. I think it’s a huge blessing, and exciting times. Almost there, so fingers crossed. Mujhe lag raha hai main ghar se hi nahi nikalne wala hoon.”
While announcing the pregnancy, the couple wrote, “On our way to start the best chapter of our lives with hearts full of joy and gratitude.”

In an earlier interview with Vogue India, Katrina revealed how Vicky gives her love and appreciation. She shared, “I feel better about myself physically and mentally when I’m fit, doing my yoga and cardio. She added, “No one but I can make myself feel better, except for my husband sometimes. He gives me a lot of love and appreciation. I think that’s an important aspect of learning—to accept or understand unconditional love.”
Katrina and Vicky married in December 2021 in a grand yet intimate wedding ceremony. Before their wedding, they kept their relationship private.
On the work front, Vicky was last seen in ‘Chhaava’, which became blockbuster. The movie is based on the life of Sambhaji Maharaj, the second ruler of the Maratha Empire, and is an adaptation of the Marathi novel Chhava by Shivaji Sawant. Chhaava has become one of the most successful films of 2025.
He will next star in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s next directorial Love and War along with Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. He has worked with both Ranbir and Alia before in Sanju and Raazi respectively. Katrina Kaif was last seen in Merry Christmas with Vijay Sethupathi, Ashwini Kalsekar, Luke Kenny, and Pari Maheshwari Sharma.
