Actors Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi have embraced parenthood by welcoming a baby boy. The couple announced their new beginnings by sharing a post on Instagram in which Lavanya is seen holding her baby boy with Varun by her side.
Sharing the photo, the couple wrote, “Our little man 10.09.2025.”
Several celebrities extended their heartfelt congratulatory messages after the couple announced this news. Upasana Kamineni Konidela commented, “Congratulations..so happy”. Venky Atluri wrote, “Congrats varun . Very happy for you and lavanyaa.” Rakul Preet also commented, “Congratulations guys. so happy for you both.”
Sundeep Kishan, Shriya Saran, and Ashwin Mawle also extended their best wishes to the new parents.
Varun and Lavanya announced the news of their pregnancy in May 2025. They wrote, “Life’s most beautiful role yet -Coming soon.”
Varun and Lavanya met on the sets of their 2017 film ‘Mister’ and soon began dating. They officially announced their relationship in 2023 by sharing their engagement pictures. The couple tied the knot in November 2023 in Italy in the presence of their close friends and families.
On the work front, Varun was last seen in Matka alongside Meenakshi Chaudhary, and Nora Fatehi. Meanwhile, Lavanya was last seen in the series ‘Miss Perfect’. She will next appear in Sathi Leelavathi and Thanal.
