TV Actor Jaya Bhattacharya Saves Puppy from Brutal Abuse in Naigaon, Demands Justice

In a heart-wrenching incident, TV actress Jaya Bhattacharya recently rescued a one-and-a-half-month-old puppy who was brutally raped multiple times in Naigaon, Mumbai. The actor, known for her negative role in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, took immediate action against the culprit. Though the culprit was arrested, he was released later.

In an emotional video interview, Jaya revealed the horrific details of the incident. “We filed an FIR; cops caught the man, but he was later released on bail. Now we are waiting and wondering how do we get justice for this puppy,” she said, cradling the scared puppy in her arms.

Jaya expressed her disappointment and outrage over the culprit’s release, despite committing such a heinous crime. “This is not just about this puppy, but about all those creatures and even children who are only a few months old, who cannot express their pain, who cannot defend themselves. We demand justice, and we want it soon, before the country runs into shambles,” she emphasised.

The viral video has caught the attention of several celebrities, including Shibani Dandekar, who offered to help find a safe and loving home for the puppy. She commented on the video, “Where is this puppy now? @jaya.bhattacharya I would like to help find him a safe, loving home.” Jaya responded, saying, “The baby is under our care. Not fit physically yet.”
