Despite Salman Khan hosting the show, Bigg Boss 19 seems to be lagging behind in the TRP war this time. Even in the second week, the show could not make it to the top 10 and slipped to the 13th position.
According to the latest BARC ratings, Rupali Ganguly’s Anupama is at the first position with 2.2 TRPs and 3.3 million reach. Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is at the second position with 2.0 TRPs and 3.2 million reach, while Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai reached the third position with 1.9 TRPs and 3.1 million reach. Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi (Smriti Irani), which was once at the second position, has now slipped to the fourth position with 1.8 TRPs, followed by Sharad Kelkar’s Tum Se Tumm Tak at fifth.
The sixth position was occupied by Udne Ki Aasha, followed by Vasudha at seventh and Aarti Anjali Awashthi at eighth. Meanwhile, Mangal Lakshmi saw a major dip, sliding to ninth, with Shiv Shakti rounding off the top 10.
The biggest surprise this week was Munawar Farooqui’s show Pati Patni Aur Panga, which surpassed Bigg Boss 19 in the rankings. Bigg Boss got just 1.2 TRPs and 2.6 million reach and dropped from 11th position to 13th.

Amitabh Bachchan’s Kaun Banega Crorepati 17 also failed to keep the audience engaged and slipped from last week’s 25th rank to 30th this time. The show got 0.7 TRPs and 2.3 million reach.
While Anupamaa, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, and Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi continue to air on Star Plus and JioCinema, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah runs on Sony SAB. Kaun Banega Crorepati 17 is broadcast on Sony TV, while Bigg Boss 19 follows a digital-first strategy with daily episodes streaming on JioCinema at 9 PM, before its Colors TV telecast at 10:30 PM.
