The revelations were made last week when ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ actor Salman Khan had made the announcement for ‘Leke Prabhu Ka Naam’. Salman had shared a glimpse of the song on his Instagram account where he wrote “Oh haan, yeh hai Arijit Singh ka pehla gaana mere liye.”

Fans also celebrated the reunion after 9 long years. The two artists were in a conflict after which, Salman Khan had declared Arijit Singh will never sing for him. The initial rift between Salman and Arijit began when they engaged in a heated argument at an award event in 2014. Arijit had shown up at the awards wearing casual clothes and sandals due to his busy schedule editing a song.

Arijit, who was relatively new to the industry, didn’t fully understand the industry’s dynamics and the sensitivities involved. When he took the stage to receive an award, his casual attire drew the attention of Salman Khan, who was co-hosting the event with Riteish Deshmukh. Salman, seemingly in disbelief, jokingly asked, “You’re the winner?” Arijit, unhappy with Salman’s comment, retorted, “You all put me to sleep.”

Salman Khan who often makes headlines for his dance moves were seen grooving sharply on the tunes without missing out on any beat. The choreography was Vaibhavi Merchant’s. Katrina Kaif on other hand flaunted killer moves.

The song was given lyrics by Amitabh Bhattacharya while, music was produced by Pritam.
