New Delhi: Amid reports that Dhanush and Aishwaryaa Rajinikanth had chosen to end their divorce, a fresh revelation claims that Rajinikanth was the one who persuaded Dhanush and Aishwaryaa to reconcile. Aishwarya Rai and Dhanush confirmed their divorce in January of this year. They married in 2004 and have two kids, Yatra Raja and Linga Raja, together.

Despite the fact that Dhanush and Aishwaryaa have not addressed rumours of their reconciliation, a recent media report indicates that Rajinikanth persuaded Dhanush and Aishwaryaa to postpone their divorce decision for the sake of their boys.

According to Samayam.com, a Tamil news portal from the Times of India’s Times Internet, Rajinikanth has been “upset and restless” since Dhanush and Aishwaryaa Rajinikanth announced their divorce. He allegedly questioned Aishwaryaa if her ‘happiness or her two sons are more essential.’

“Dhanush and Aishwarya agree to reunite for sons Yatra and Linga. This is a success for Rajini’s efforts,” the report claimed.

Along with the throwback picture, he also shared a heartwarming picyure with Back in January 2022, Dhanush wrote, “18 years of togetherness as friends, couple, as parents and well-wishers to each other The journey has been of growth, understanding, adjusting and adapting. Today we stand at a place where our paths separate… Aishwaryaa and I have decided to part ways as a couple and take time to understand us as individuals for the better. Please do Respect our decision and give us the needed privacy to deal with this.Om Namashivaaya! Spread love, D.”

Dhanush and Aishwarya Rajinikanth got married in 2004. They have two sons together, Yatra Raja and Linga Raja.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Dhanush will next be seen in Vaathi. The film is about the education system in India. Aishwaryaa, on the other hand, is set to make a debut in Hindi as a director with her upcoming film Oh Saathi Chal, which she described as an “extraordinary true love story.”
