They Call Him OG opened to an impressive response at the box office, with a strong premiere followed by a massive Day 1. Though collections dipped later, the film has maintained steady momentum.

Pawan Kalyan’s movie ‘They Call Him OG’ opened to an incredible response from the theatres and has already broken several records. The movie focuses on a mob boss, Ojas Gambheera, who returns to seek vengeance against rival crime lords. The movie also marks the Telugu debut of Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi. They Call Him OG box office collection day 3:

They Call Him OG had a strong start with its premiere, earning Rs 21 crore from the Telugu version. On Day 1, the film saw a massive jump, collecting Rs 63.75 crore across languages. However, the collections dropped on Day 2 to Rs 18.75 crore, and remained steady on Day 3 with Rs 18.5 crore, according to early data from trade website Sacnilk.

So far, the film has grossed about Rs 122 crore in four days, with the Telugu version contributing nearly Rs 120 crore, while the Tamil, Hindi, and Kannada versions added smaller amounts.

Apart from Pawan Kalyan and Emraan, the movie also stars Priyanka Mohan, Arjun Das, Prakash Raj, Subhalekha Sudhakar, Rao Ramesh, Sriya Reddy, Harish Uthaman, Abhimanyu Singh, Ajay Gosh, Saurav Lokesh, Vennela Kishore and Akira Nandan.

Talking about OG and his other projects, Pawan revealed, “I have completed shooting for OG and have around five days left to complete Ustaad Bhagat Singh. I will definitely not act anymore if I have political clashes because my priority is the administration and the Janasena Party.”

The movie is directed by Sujeeth and produced by D. V. V. Danayya under the banner of DVV Entertainment.
