Director Maruthi, who is making the upcoming film The Raja Saab starring Prabhas, recently gave an update about the movie. While visiting temples in Tirupati and Srikalahasti, he posted photos on social media with the caption "Visiting Tirupathi, Srikalahasti and other temples today. Feeling blessed".
A curious fan asked him whether the movie will release in November or next year.

Replying to the fan, Maruthi clarified that The Raja Saab is currently in the post-production phase, especially waiting on the CGI work. Once that is finished and approved, the makers will announce the release date. “It’s not a one man decision,” he wrote, asking fans to be patient as the team is working hard to meet their expectations.
The Raja Saab was scheduled to release on April 10, but got delayed due to post production issues. Though no new date has been confirmed yet sources suggest the film might release later this year.
The film is a romantic horror comedy. It stars Prabhas, reportedly in a double role, along with Nidhhi Agerwal, Malavika Mohanan, and Riddhi Kumar. Sanjay Dutt plays the villain.
